About Me
Driven by design, grounded in adaptability.
I’ve always carved my own path. When the traditional high school experience wasn’t working, I dropped out, worked full time, earned my GED, and entered college ahead of schedule. That early pivot taught me to trust my instincts, adapt quickly, and move with intention — a mindset that’s shaped both my life and my design practice.
After college, I worked in communications but found myself increasingly pulled toward design. I was redesigning websites, shaping brand systems, and improving digital experiences wherever I could. It didn’t take long to realize that design wasn’t just a creative outlet; it was a way to solve problems at scale. I leaned in, built my skills, and landed my first freelance UX project which launched my product design career.
Today, I’m a Product Designer with a strong foundation in UX principles and a growing focus on systems thinking, product strategy, and design leadership. I’ve led projects that influence product roadmaps, streamline complex workflows, and improve adoption and retention for enterprise tools. I love working at the intersection of usability and business impact, especially in environments where collaboration, autonomy, and creativity thrive.
I’m particularly energized by mission-driven work, complex problems, and any opportunity to mentor others or shape the bigger picture.
Outside of work
I love hiking and traveling; the photo above was taken at White Sands National Park during a cross-country road trip. At home, you’ll usually find me in the garden, trying a new recipe, diving into a home improvement project, or getting lost in a sci-fi novel.
